However Icruise was very concerned that a mistake had been made and went over and above to correct the problem. Mistakes happen and the best you can hope or is that the company cares and will make it right.

First experience with Icruise and I had the Best service ever. I recently purchased a membership plan with Mary Doucet, wonderful lady. I then spoke to Mary Esquilona about booking another cruise. She informed me that what I had purchased did not cover what I was looking at. She then put me in touch Miguel Suarez, I say complaints department, but I assume a supervisor. I will be back after my cruise to let you know how everything went.

Popular Cruises:

Can't say enough about the friendly crew on board that served you well at every touch point. I sent a request for a cruise quote for 4 people in 2 cabins with specific instructions in the notes not to call me. Apparently they don’t read the notes with instructions. Why even have the box if you’re not going to g to read it?

First experience with Icruise and would recommend

10 days prior we began process…Attempted 4 TIMES to upgrade our trip…. Spoke to Joann first….the next THREE 3… reps referenced her notes….gave the same answer! A representative will be back to you within 24 hours…. Enjoyed it tremendously…..already booked a 2nd trip….

About 1 week after booking my wife lost her job. I tried calling James to cancel for a few days and finally got him and he said the $500 would be returned but your fee of $181 would be forfeited. He stated he would send the membership to his manager for cancellation approval. Several days passed and I saw no credit for membership even though no benefits were used. I never heard from anyone and I would never recommend this company.

Since being contacted by a supervisor a complete refund has been issued icruise has completely resolved my complaint. Helpful agents with good information and tips in planning our vacation cruise. We got a great deal, and went at a great time for us and the weather. Too much fog and rain to do our morning excursion on a Sea Plane to see all the glaciers. Norwegian is a great cruise line with lots of helpful staff to serve you everywhere you went on the ship. Using internet was extremely confusing, but very necessary if you are used to it.

I have been issued a complete refund when I only asked for a partial. Cruise.com has been connecting travelers with the perfect cruise vacations since 1998. We pride ourselves in the best service possible, an accomplishment acknowledged by the most authoritative companies in the cruise industry. Cruise.com was named Agency of the Year by Carnival Cruises and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. I found a cruise at a great price on Icruise.com. I called the company to book (showed approximately 20 rooms at the price) and they said that it's not the same price through royal caribbean now.

So then I called the guy out about the notes & he hung up on me. Then days later someone called me & wanted to give me info on a cabin for 2. They used to have US based agents but now it’s going to a foreign country call center & I don’t like that. If they can’t pay attention to simple notes, imagine what your reservation is going to be like. I’ve used them in the past but I’ll never use them again.

i cruise

Not fair your reps come across very cordial, yet the issue presented falls by the wayside….. When we booked our cruise everything went well and we had a great agent, but she left the company and management did not assign another agent. We were bounced around to different agents and my poor hearing and language accents caused us no end of frustration. We had to repeat all our info for each person we talked to and then be transfered to the next person to repeat it all again. We talked to Monserrat, Sakina, Aisa, who finally got everything worked out for us.

I could not get a hold of the original agent who sent an e mail quote to me as I left messages 3 days in a row so I called back for anyone. The agent would not honor the price I was quoted for insurance in an email so I didn't book it with the cruise. The agent talked me into the next level in icruise rewards stating it can be cancelled at anytime.

Icruise did just that and restored my confidence in them and we would consider using them again in the future. All offers are based on select sailings and categories and are subject to availability at time of booking. Not all offers are combinable with other offers. I previously wrote a review about terrible customer service I was contacted by a supervisor and am now completely satisfied.

In Italy, guests can travel to the ancient seaside resort town of Herculaneum to witness its archeological excavations and recovered ruins, wander the Renaissance city of Lucca, or watch an Italian opera at the Goldoni Theatre, which opened in 1847. Back onboard, cultural evenings featuring performances by locals will immerse you even further into each destination. Europe Vacation: Best Places to Visit

You'd be hard-pressed to sample Spain, France, Italy and Greece on one land tour without transportation nightmares. A Mediterranean cruise, however, is the perfect way to get a taste of many coastal countries with ease as you transit between destinations while you sleep aboard your ship. For any cruises listed, Cruise Critic does not guarantee any specific rates or prices. You can choose from roving food tours, cooking classes, winery visits and tastings, and meals made with local produce and cheeses in beautiful villa or farmhouse settings. Some so-called Mediterranean cruises actually spend most of their time on the Adriatic Sea, sailing from Venice and visiting ports in Croatia and Greece, and sometimes Montenegro and Albania. You may also find an Adriatic sailing wrapped into longer Western or Eastern Mediterranean cruises.

In Italy, you can see Venice’s Piazza San Marco, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel, and pastel-colored fishing villages on the Amalfi Coast. In Greece, take in whitewashed buildings, turquoise waters, and stunning sunsets. Explore medieval architecture in Lisbon, Portugal, and Old Town Dubrovnik in Croatia, one of the most well-preserved medieval cities in the world. On a cruise, you don’t have to worry about where you will stay that night, check-in and check-out times, or accommodation costs. The biggest decisions you have to make are which of the ship’s restaurants to dine in that evening and what cocktail to order. Go during the shoulder season, which is the spring (March through May) or fall (mid-September through October).

The whole of the Mediterranean is fringed with dazzlingly beautiful beaches, and the greatest appeal is that they’re all different. Be sure to pack comfortable clothing -- and especially shoes -- for long days of sightseeing. However, Europeans tend to dress with a bit of panache; to fit in, pack a stylish scarf or hat, and maybe leave your lanyards and socks and sandals at home. Cruise Line Policy, Cruises 10 1

The minimum age requirement for a cruise varies depending on the cruise line. Some cruise lines, such as Disney Cruise Line, allow children as young as 6 months old to sail. Other cruise lines, such as Carnival Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International, have a minimum age requirement of 12 years old for all cruises. Norwegian Cruise Line has a minimum age requirement of 3 years old for cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas, and a minimum age requirement of 6 years old for cruises to other destinations.

The cruise line's policy on the minimum age for cruising is typically based on the safety and security of the passengers. Cruise lines want to make sure that all passengers are safe and have a positive experience on their cruise. They also want to make sure that the cruise is a good fit for the child's age and maturity level.

If you're planning a cruise with a child under the age of 12, be sure to check with the cruise line to make sure they allow children of that age. You should also consider the child's maturity level and whether they will be able to handle the activities and environment on the cruise.
